AAFC Brassica / Arabidopsis Genomics Initiative (BAGI)

AAFC Saskatoon Research Centre

The Saskatoon Research Centre is proud to host the Brassica / Arabidopsis Genomics Initiative (BAGI). Located at the heart of the University of Saskatchewan campus, the centre collaborates closely with academic and private sector institutions world wide.

Introduction to the initiative

The Brassica / Arabidopsis Genomics Initiative is developing information on the molecular and genetic structure and function of Brassica genomes. It is also producing an effective framework for using Brassica / Arabidopsis comparative genomics to accelerate Brassica research. To further these aims the Initiative has produced a number of biological and informatics resources.
